In addition to therapists, there are executive coaches, career counselors, financial advisors and others to help guide you. Make short term and long term financial and personal goals. Put the divorce behind you and move on. Make time for yourself, to socialize and exercise. Eliminate the obstacles in your way. Ask select people for help and advice. Be an example to your children and others, but mostly be what you’ve always wanted to be.
